Synopsis:
Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy encounter a gang of crooks that rob charity events. The gang escapes, but the Kid recognizes them as Butch Regan's mob. He knows the gang operates out of an old slaughterhouse, so he investigates with Stripesy. The crooks capture the Kid and Stripesy and hand them in a freezer. Fortunately the heroes escape.

Regan himself has been in prison. He is about to be paroled when the Kid and Stripesy arrive. They explain the Regan used the prison pigeons to carry messages and instructions to his gang. Regan tries to break out with the help of his men, but the Star-Spangled Kid stops the jail break.
