Synopsis:
Pat Dugan is framed by a gang of crooks who want him to work for them. Pat loses his job and his partnership with the Star-Spangled Kid. When Sylvester sees Pat with the crooks at a robbery scene, he is convinced that Pat has indeed turned crook. Pat tries to explain it to Sylvester later, but his former partner calls the police.

Pat flees the scene, followed by the Star-Spangled Kid. The Kid finds Pat and the crooks again, but this time Pat puts on his Stripesy outfit and helps defeat the crooks. Sylvester then finds evidence to clear Pat, who gets his job and friend back.
