Synopsis:
Libby Lawrence visits an army testing facility where enemy weapons are tested. She discovers evidence that enemy P.O.W.s from a nearby prison camp may have escaped. She investigates as Liberty Belle, but is quickly captured by the enemy prisoners.

Meanwhile, Rickey Cannon has gone undercover in the prison camp disguised as a captured German soldier. He is shown a secret tunnel that the prisoners have constructed. The prisoners plan to take control of the captured weapons at the testing facility.

Liberty Belle spoils their plans. When she recovers, she is able to warn the american soldiers just before the attack. Cannon also aids in the defeat of the Germans by sabotaging their scheme from the inside.
