Synopsis:
Joe Morgan is drugged by a female spy. While under the drug's influence, Joe is forced to act as the woman's slave. She forces him to steal the secret plans to a new cruiser. After delivering the plans, Joe is caught by police with no memory of the robbery.

Al Pratt goes to the police to defend his friend. He winds up being locked up with Joe when then police believe him to be an accomplice. Al escapes from jail after getting an address from Joe. The Atom then tracks down the spies at the address he was given. After the ensuing fight, the Atom brings the crooks to the police. When the spies confess and the plans are returned, Joe is released from jail.
