Synopsis:
A group of masked men kidnap defense attorney Silas Carr. They try to scare the lawyer who is defending labor leader Jack Denton from trumped up murder charges. Dr. Mid-Nite rescues Carr and unmasks several members of the gang. He discovers that the gang leader King Cobra is the owner of a copper mine.

King Cobra tries to rally men behind him to take justice into their own hands. However, Dr. McNider publishes an article exposes the mine owner. The mob begins to turn against King Cobra, and they attempt to lynch him. Dr. Mid-Nite stops them in exchange for the mine owner's confession that he framed Denton.
