Synopsis:
When a gang of tough crooks known as the Goliath Gang hit town, Bobo decides to beef up with the help of a home-made jungle gym. After a few weeks, Bobo thinks he is stronger. When he does meet the gang, he finds that his punches are ineffective. Bobo is still able to capture the crooks by accidentally dropping a scaffold on their heads. Bobo then decides that brains are better than brawn.
