Synopsis:
Bobo drives a car in a kids' hot-rod race. During a pitstop, the chimp makes some alterations to the car that make it go many times faster than normal. Crooks witness the race and kidnap Bobo so that he will enhance their getaway car. Bobo makes the same changes and their car speeds up. However, when the crooks attempt their robbery the car blows up. The sheriff arrests the crooks and believes that Bobo intentionally sabotaged their car.
