This story continues in Flash #6.
Synopsis:
Tina McGee tells her husband Jerry that she is leaving him. Angry, Jerry beats her, then returns to his lab where he is using steroids to give himself super-powers. Tina calls Wally who brings her to his mansion. Wally is surprised when his father shows up claiming that the half a million dollars that Wally gave him is gone.
That night Tina seeks out Wally for comfort. Jerry has tracked her down and crashes into the house in a costume. He is out of control. Flash hits him, by McGee is unaffected by the blows. Jerry then grabs Tina and runs away. He passes through a fuel depot which explodes when he crashes into it.
