Synopsis:
Wally West stops a robbery at a Chinese restaurant. The owner Marshall Lau uses Dim Mak, the Death Touch, to kill one of the crooks. Marshall then sends Wally to Hong Kong to locate the Wizened Sage who can teach Wally.
The Flash arrives in Hong Kong and meets the martial arts master. Wally is an adept student, mastering years of training in days. One night a servant girl Lin Mei sneaks into Wally's room. The following day, Wally asks his teacher about her. The Wizened Sage then rushes back to the house.
The Flash and his teacher then confront the Voice of the Revolutionary Spirit, a master from China who wants to bring the Sage back to his country. The Sage is wounded protecting Wally, but he succeeds in killing the Voice. However, the Voice's master, Dance of the Revolution, then shows herself.
Dance of the Revolution is the woman who came into Wally's room. He fights her using the training techniques that he has learned. He then tricks her into believing he has used Dim Mak. However, Wally merely punched her since he does not yet know the secret of the death touch. Marshall Lau then arrives and heals the Sage and Dance. He is also reunited with his lost daughter Lin Mei.
