Synopsis:
Several members of the Flash's Rogues Gallery attend a convention to honor Captain Cold, who has recently been pardoned after working with the Suicide Squad. The Trickster sends an invitation to Wally West as a joke, but Wally unexpectedly decides to attend with his new girlfriend Connie. During the party, the Weather Wizard is caught with a recording device. He intends to sell the story to the press. Then Chunk crashes the party. He accidentally releases several criminals from his singularity. The crooks trash the building before being captured.
