Synopsis:
After capturing Doctor Alchemy and turning him over to the police, Mark Shaw tracks down his next target Count Vertigo. The Count is being held by Vlatavan nationalists who intend to use him in their attempts to retake Vlatava. He is being held on a decommissioned air force base in Arizona.
Manhunter infiltrates the base with the aid of Amanda Waller. He the tracks down Vertigo and frees him from the Nationalists. The Count then attacks his former captors and Manhunter. However, Shaw came prepared and defeats Vertigo using a sonic blast. American troops, send by Waller, then arrive to secure the base.
