Synopsis:
Dinah and Shado discuss their past associations with Green Arrow. Dinah wants to find Ollie, but she is being watched by the FBI. She enlists Shado to find him.
Meanwhile, Ollie is hunting Fyres while attempting to stay under the radar of the authorities that want to arrest him. When he witnesses a mugging, he chooses not to get involved which will attract attention. Instead he waits until he can find the muggers alone before assaulting them. When he returns to his hideout, Fyres is waiting for him.
