Synopsis:
Travis Morgan decks Oliver Queen after a night in which he was repeatedly attacked for resembling him. Dinah then punches Morgan. When the two men get off the floor they begin talking. Morgan explains that he disappeared twenty years earlier, but he has returned to check on the current state of the surface world. He doesn't tell Ollie where he's been for the last twenty years.
The crooks which assaulted Morgan earlier in the evening want payback. They create a city-wide blackout, then storm the flower shop where Ollie and Dinah live. The trio go into action, working together to defend the building. After the battle, Morgan leaves before too many questions can be asked.
