Synopsis:
Starman investigates the area where he was found by hikers only to find the local sheriff doing his own search for evidence. Rather than get involved, he leaves. He then meets his sister to perform tests of his powers. Following the tests, Will wonders what he will do with his powers.
When he sees a notice in the newspaper, he heads to the police station hoping to help them catch a serial killer. A report comes in over the radio about the killer. Starman leaves the station to chase after him. He rescues a hostage and captures the killer, earning praise from the media.
Meanwhile, Dr. Melrose checks on his subjects that had been intended to receive Starman's powers. One of his assistants suggest hiring Bolt to bring in Starman for study.
