Synopsis:
A Legion team responds to trouble on Nix Olympia, a resort colony on Mars. They discover a protection racket run by a new Starfinger. The original Starfinger has also been found murdered by his successor. The Legion fights off several attacks by Starfinger's agent before the criminal decides to withdraw his own forces, until the Legionnaire leaves. He then orders the execution of Jonlor, the head of the Nix Olympia colony.
Meanwhile, Element Lad dispatches a team to Hykraius, the homeworld of Tellus. Wildfire, the White Witch, and Quislet join Tellus on the mission since only they can survive in the planet's atmosphere.
Ambassador Relnic also requests that Mon-El, Ultra Boy, and Blok join him on a diplomatic trip to the Dominators' world. Relnic, however, is secretly employed by an unidentified master.
