The Warlord sets out to find a wizard that can help cure Jennifer Morgan. First, he heads for his plane to retrieve more ammunition for his gun. He finds a group of priests there, preparing to sacrifice a woman. He rescues the woman, Zupara, who is queen of an amazon tribe. They travel together until they reach her homeland. The other amazons take Morgan prisoner. Zupara must risk her life in combat to save Morgan from her people. She wins, and Morgan departs.
Back in Shamballah, Machiste and Mariah begin their trip back to Kiro. Word of their departure reaches two men who want to make sure the king does not return.
