Synopsis:
As Travis Morgan makes his journey east, he enters a small town during a rare night in which the wandering moon has blocked the light of the eternal sun of Skartaris. The streets are deserted, and he is attacked by a collared tiger. When the light of the sun reappears, the tiger flees.
After he recovers the Warlord investigates. He discovers a girl named Tamara had transformed into the tiger. Her uncle had been performing experiments on girls like her for years, turning them into cats. Morgan is captured briefly by the uncle, but he breaks free. Tamara transforms again and in tiger form jumps at her uncle, carrying both of them off a ledge to their apparent deaths.
Shortly after Morgan returns to the road, Shakira comes up behind him. She followed his trail from Shamballah. Morgan greets her by removing her collar and discarding it.
