Synopsis:
The Blackhawks continue to resist the Nazi invasion of France. They destroy a battleship after working their way on board and retrieving documents. The documents reveal that the Nazis have cracked the British codes with the aid of their agent Domino who has been stealing code books from British Generals.
While the other Blackhawks deal with another attack by the Nazis involving the War Wheel, Blackhawk himself tracks down Domino who has ensnared another General. Blackhawk is able to capture her, but he is unable to shoot her. Instead she is turned over to the British.
Meanwhile, Hitler sends his look-a-like assassins to kill Allied leaders Churchill, Stalin, De Gaulle, and Roosevelt.
