Synopsis:
On the Oranti Sea of Saturn, Myra Mason watches as a water survey is conducted. A diver named Turner emerges from the water now possessing immense mental powers. The sudden pressure changes of his rapid ascent cause his mind to become unbalanced. Turner then becomes a menace.
Space Ranger is called to Saturn to help apprehend Turner. When his weapons prove ineffective, Space Ranger makes the same dive as Turner. He discovers an underwater world and breathes a strange gas. The gas gives him powers like Turner, which he then uses to battle the diver. The clash of powers results in a powerful explosion. Both men lose their powers in the blast, and Turner recovers his senses as well.
