Synopsis:
Xorog, an old foe of Space Ranger, returns with incredible powers to battle his enemy. Space Ranger is unable to stop Xorog, so the thief gets away with several robberies. However, using a transmitter planted in the loot, Space Ranger is able to find Xorog’s base and disable the machine which gives the crook his powers. When Xorog returns to recharge, he can’t, so Space Ranger is able to arrest him.
