Synopsis:
Space Ranger’s old foe Dr. Elektro has reformed and uses his amazing inventions to help the people of troubled worlds. However, Elektro does not think about side-effects of his machines and Space Ranger is forced to fix new menaces, the devices have created.

Later, Space Ranger discovers that Elektro’s inventions were actually created by other scientists. Elektro created duplicates of the scientists to finish his own devices. When Space Ranger confronts Elektro, he is assaulted by several Space Ranger clones. Outnumbered, Space Ranger creates several Elektro clones to battle the Space Rangers. Finally he destroys the machine which created the duplicates, permanently shutting them down.
