Synopsis:
Magazine editor Roy Mason witnesses Aquaman remove the cargo from a crashed plane. Further investigation shows that Aquaman has buried the cargo underwater and is keeping marine life chained to the ocean floor.

The magazine runs an expose that discredits Aquaman's reputation. Ship captains are reluctant to accept Aquaman's help when danger strikes. Finally, the Coast Guard makes an announcement that the cargo Aquaman buried was an experimental chemcial that was too dangerous. The chemical causes temporary violent behavior, and the fish were chained because they were exposed. As a result of the announcement, Aquaman's reputation is restored.
