Synopsis:
Aquaman spots a ship containing masked men laying mines in a busy shipping lane. When he questions the men, they claim to be scientists deploying scienitific equipment in plastic bubbles that resemble mines.

Aquaman warns nearby ships that the floating objects are not mines and that it is safe to travel. However, Aquaman soon discovers that he was tricked. The ship is laying real mines. Aquaman and his fish friends clear the mines from the path of passing ships, then he apprehends the crooks.
