Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy drive throught the town of Kingwood where arrows are banned. When they spot some crooks, the archers stop them, but they are hit from behind and knocked out.

When they regain consciousness, Green Arrow and Speedy discover every one of their arrows has been deliberately broken. Green Arrow investigates and learns that town owner Wood King hates arrows because one killed his son. He stays in town and captures the rest of the crooks, proving to King that arrows can be used for good purporses. King decides to repeal the anti-arrow law.
