This issue contains two single-page Golden Age Gallery features including an unused cover for this issue by Arvell Jones and Tim Burgard and a house add from 1942.
This story, which takes place in early March, 1942, continues in All-Star Squadron #46.
Synopsis:
Johnny Quick and Liberty Belle visit Philadelphia to meet Belle’s friend Tom Revere. They are followed by Baron Blitzkrieg and his new henchman Zyklon, a speedster rival for Johnny Quick. Blitzkrieg kills Revere and Zyklon defeats Johnny, then they escape with the Liberty Bell. Liberty Belle mourns the loss of Revere and vows to give up her super-hero identity.
