Synopsis:
The Atomic Knights receive a plea for help from a small band of humans living in the Valley of the Salt Lake. Gardner, Bryndon, and Hollis take an atomic powered car across the desert to help them. On the way they are attacked by a giant crystal creature composed of salt. The consumes their water supply, then leaves them alone.
When the Knights reach the camp of humans, they help find a supply of water for them. As expected the salt creature arrives shortly thereafter. Gardner puts Calcium Carbonate into the water supply. When the creature consumes the water it changes into immobile stone. With the creature stopped, the humans are free to resume their lives.
