Synopsis:
School bully Pete Brant seeks to win a school election by sabotaging the campaign of his rival Tom Dawson. Superboy helps Tom overcome Pete's tricks and assists with his campaign. When an opinion poll shows that the two boys are closely matched, Pete schemes to start a fist fight with Tom in front of the student body. When he wins, he thinks the students will elect him. Superboy takes Tom's place and wins the fight with Pete. Tom then wins the election by a landslide. Tom appoints Pete as his deputy which teaches the bully a lesson about fair play.
