Synopsis:
Banker Mark Windham sees a mermaid three separate times, but no one believes his story. He asks Aquaman to help. The Sea King finds the mermaid and together they help a ship in distress. Aquaman also discovers that she is a phony, set up by Windham's bookkeeper Phil Johnson. Johnson planned to make Windham look insane, so that he could get away with embezzlement. Johnson is apprehended and Windham marries the phony mermaid, Jane Stone.
