Synopsis:
A man in a diner bumps into Oliver Queen and spills food on his suits. Oliver notes the time of the accident as 6:15. Later he sees a newspaper report that the same man was involved in an auto accident at 6:15. Oliver offers to give the man an alibi to explain that the man wasn't driving the car. When the man refuses Oliver's help he becomes suspicious.

Green Arrow and Speedy visit the scene of the accident and suspect the man intentionally crashed the car. The man and his gang pull up to the scene with guns. Green Arrow apprehends them, then he deduces what happened. The man was a murderer and was creating an alibi for himself by involving himself in an accident, then changing the clock. When Oliver spotted him in the diner, his alibi was cracked. With the case solved, the man and his men are sent to jail.
