Synopsis:
Andrea Kent has inherited the province of Raj from her dead uncle Roger. Seeking to annex new territory, Ali Kan seeks to marry Andrea. When she refuses him, Kan stages a raid and captures Andrea. Black Condor rescues her brother Denny from the raid, then visits Ali's palace. The evil ruler cages the Condor, but cannot hold him. The Black Condor rescues Andrea and returns her to her brother. She then becomes the rightful ruler of Raj.
