Synopsis:
The Rajah of Singat asks the Black Condor to protect his daughter while she travels to New York carrying a priceless ruby. The notorious Ras Gyn seeks to steal the ruby aboard the ship taking her to America. The ship is sunk with a torpedo, but the Black Condor helps the people, including the rajah's daughter, escape.

When they reach New York, Black Condor loses track of the girl. The men of Ras Gyn find her. They steal the ruby and throw her from a window. Black Condor saves her, then reclaims the jewel. Finally, he tracks down Ras Gyn himself. The crook tries to escape by plane, but the Condor catches him and turns him over to authorities.
