Synopsis:
The students of Smallville High start a bank with their allowance money. Superboy is appointed treasurer and approves loans to students with good business ideas. Superboy helps the students succeed, so that they can pay back their loans. After helping many students, Superboy sells government savings bonds, teaching the students the power of investment.
