Synopsis:
Peggy asks Binky to meet her beneath the department store clock. Peggy arrives first and waits. While she waits, a workman removes the clock for repairs. When Binky arrives, he doesn't see the clock. He asks a sales girl where the clock is. She takes him to the store manager who mistakes Binky for the clock repairman. He gives Binky the clock, who falls down a flight of stairs. The fall fixes the clock, and Binky finds Peggy.

When Binky and Peggy exit the store, they agree to meet outside the store next time because it can't be moved. Then, Superman appears and moves the building to a new location in order to make room for a children's playground.
