Synopsis:
A group of children at a reform school vote for the Prankster as their hero. When word of their decision reaches the crook, he is inspired to start a crime wave based on childish toys and games. At each step, Superman battles the Prankster in a game of wits. The Man of Steel eventually captures the Prankster and uses him to teach the children a lesson. Afterwards, Superman takes the Prankster to prison, and the boys realize that Superman is the real hero.
