Synopsis:
Paul Westley, a new boy at Smallville High, begins pulling a series of pranks on the students and teachers. Despite warnings, he continues to misbehave. Curious as to the cause of the boy's behavior, Superboy begins sabotaging the pranks and making Paul appear to be a hero. He eventually learns that Paul wants to be sent to reform school which was once headed by his father. John Westley was framed for theft before dying under suspicious circumstances. Paul believes their is evidence inside the school.

Superboy goes undercover to the reform school. He locates the evidence which exonerates Mr. Westley. The current director and former assistant to Westley is the real thief. After the governor publicly clears Westley's name, Paul returns to school with a new attitude.
