Synopsis:
After reading a science fiction magazine Noddy dreams up an idea to build a space warp machine. Using a special lever, Noddy makes the machine using an ordinary elevator. With Noddy's invention, the elevator can go anywhere.
While taking the elevator for a test ride, the dimwits meet a group of stock swindlers. When they tell Jay Garrick about the swindlers, he explains that they are crooks. As the Flash, Jay rides the elevator back to the office where the dimwits found the crooks. However, he is unable to apprehend them, and the crooks take control of the elevator.
The crooks force Noddy to take the elevator inside a bank vault. Noddy clues in the Flash, who races across town and meets them inside the vault. The crooks escape in the elevator, but Noddy temporarily loses control. When he lands the elevator, the Flash is waiting. He knocks out the crooks, but in the process the space warping elevator is destroyed.
