Synopsis:
Howard Merritt, airplane manufacturing tycoon, gives his nephew Johnny fifty thousand dollars to spend in a day. Johnny meets Winky, Blinky, and Noddy and gets their assistance to spend the money. Despite their best efforts, Johnny and the Dimwits fail to spend the money. They even earn more money when they try to lose it gambling. The Flash protects Johnny from gangsters who are trying to steal the cash. Johnny returns to his uncle without having spent the cash. Howard is happy that his nephew has had his spending spree and hopes the experience will make him responsible.
