Synopsis:
Jay V. Atkins, a circus showman, recruits a small town boy to become the strongest boy in the world. Atkins tricks the boy with a fake experiment that is supposed to give him super strength. The boy is dubbed Mighty Boy and challenges Superboy to a contest of strength. Using more tricks, Mighty Boy wins the competition. Afterwards, Superboy discovers the tricks, while Mighty Boy is kidnapped by gangsters. Superboy rescues Mighty Boy, who wasn't aware that he had been tricked. The gangsters and Atkins are both sent to prison.
