Synopsis:
Clark Kent begins displaying bad behavior in school. He earns a reputation and is invited to join a teenage gang. Having infiltrated the gang Clark tries to stop the boys from committing harmful and dangerous pranks. When a gang war with a rival gang begins, Superboy manages to get the two groups of teenagers to unite to battle a fire. After the fire, the boys decide to help their communities rather than act as delinquents. Clark is rewarded for his help in reforming the gangs.
