Synopsis:
Following psychiatric treatment of his patient, Sigmund Frobisher declares Mr. Harley cured of his hallucination problem. When Harley looks out the window, he sees Sam Simeon drawing his comic strip in the building across the street. Sam then exits via the window. When he tells the doctor what he saw, Frobisher orders a straitjacket for his patient.
