Synopsis:
The Flare escapes from jail. One of his men then dresses as Dan Rogers and attempts to frame him for crimes. The crooks have kidnapped the real district attorney, but he escapes with the help of the Blue Boys. Little Boy Blue and his friends then capture the crooks and clear Tommy's father of wrong-doing.
