Synopsis:
Little Miss Redhead tracks down a gang of looters. When she is captured, she manages to signal Little Boy Blue for help. Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys attempt to rescue her, but they too are captured. The young heroes are then thrown into the river. They break free from their bonds and return to stop the crooks.
