Synopsis:
Ted Grant helps Kid Hart train for an upcoming match with Bomber Benton. When Bumpy, Hart's sparring partner lands a surprise knockout against Hart, Ted is suspicious. Before he can investigate further, Hart is seen shooting Bumpy. Kid Hart is arrested, but Wildcat takes the case.

Wildcat follows Bumpy's corpse to the morgue where it is stolen by crooks. Wildcat learns that Bumpy wasn't killed, and that Hart was framed by Bomber Benton's manager. Wildcat escapes a trap, then apprehends the crooks. Hart is cleared and goes on to defeat Benton in their match.
