Comments:
This story, which takes place on February 10, 1942 is continued from All-Star Squadron #25 and continues in All-Star Squadron Annual #2.

Synopsis:
Following the disappearance of several members of the All-Star Squadron, members of the Secret Society of Super-Villains take their place. The remaining All-Star’s regroup under the leadership of the Flash and are filled in by Brainwave Jr., the details of the Society’s arrival along with that of his Infinity, Inc. teammates. Flash, Johnny Quick, Wildcat, Guardian, Phantom Lady, Robin, and Brainwave Jr. then head west to Ultra’s secret base for the final showdown, unknowingly followed by revived members of Infinity, Inc.
