Synopsis:
On the anniversary celebrating the start of his career, Green Arrow receives a gift from the future. The gift is a quiver of super-arrows with amazing powers. Green Arrow uses the arrows to fight crime, but he accidentally drops the hypnosis arrow which puts him into a trance.
While Green Arrow is out of action, Cougar Cain steals the super-arrows and uses them for crime. Green Arrow recovers from the trance, then plans a way to defeat Cain using ordinary arrows. He succeeds and takes possession of the super-arrows again. Believing them to be dangerous, Green Arrow seals the arrows in the Arrow Cave vault.
