Synopsis:
An old pirate's chest containing gold coins is discovered. Inside are three coins containing Superboy's likeness. To investigate the mystery Superboy travels back in time several centuries where he meets Captain Crow, a pirate.

Superboy joins Captain Crow's crew and uses his powers to humiliate the captain. Believing that Superboy is a sorcerer, Crow fashions several bullets with Superboy's image on them. When he fires them, they flatten against Superboy's chest. Crow is humiliated further and the flattened bullets are placed in the treasure chest.

Superboy returns to his own time period with the explanation for the strange coins.
