Synopsis:
Superboy rescues a Smallville boy, Ted Grahame, who is injured in a climbing accident. Ted has an operation and after he recovers, he gains super powers. Ted proves to be even stronger than Superboy, but unfortunately some crooks learn of his powers.

The crooks threaten the lives of Ted’s parents and force him to help them committ crimes. Superboy is able to rescue Ted’s parents, but Ted is still worried about them. Superboy shows Ted a meteorite which seems to be behind, Ted’s new power. Ted throws the meteor back into space which causes him to lose his powers forever.
