Synopsis:
A crook using a variety of special lenses begins a series of crimes that bring him into a conflict with the Blackhawks. Initially, the crook is able to use his lenses to blind the Blackhawks and escape. However, a clue found at the crime scene leads the Blackhawks to the Lensman's hide-out. They come prepared with special reflectors on their shirts to reverse their foe's special effects. Blackhawk then apprehend the Lensman.
