Synopsis:
A strange bandit possessing the ability to change his own shape as well as that of other objects begins a series of robberies. The Chameleon's weapons give him an advantage which allows him to elude capture by the Blackhawks. Soon, Blackhawk realizes how the Chameleon accomplishes his transformations using "memory metal". Blackhawk baits a trap for the crooks, deducing that the Chameleon himself was actually three men. The team finds the crooks' hide-out and apprehends them.
