Synopsis:
While parachuting from his plane, Blackhawk is nearly hit by a meteor falling through the sky. Instead, a lightning bolt strike the meteor and energy from the resulting explosion irradiates Blackhawk. He soon finds that he can fire energy bolts from his hands, but the use of the bolts brings him closer to death.
The Blackhawks begin searching for the meteor that landed in hopes of using it to provide a cure for their leader. When the criminal known as Tankman captures some of the team, Blackhawk uses his energy power to stop the crook who is captured.
The Tankman's lieutenant has recovered the meteor and wants to exchange it for his leader's release. The Blackhawks reluctantly agree to the trade, but they are double-crossed. However, Blackhawk has followed them. He then irradiates Tankman, the same way he was. When Tankman and Blackhawk approach one another, the like charges cancel each other and result in a cure for both men. The meteor is then destroyed.
